Job Description
- Preparation of quotations including approvals for repair, internal coordination and customer follow-up to meet revenue targets.
- Coordination of response to repair related technical and commercial customer requests including first level escalation.
- Process customer claims with regards to reliability / shop processing time etc.
- Liaise with OEM on engineering and product matters.
- Perform customer and performance reports weekly / monthly as dictated by customers / Telair Germany as required.
- Monitor failure trends, prepare failure analysis / reports for customers.
- Conduct customer visits for operational and commercial and business development related topics.
- Support accounts receivables follow-up.
- Monitor retrofit and loan programs.
- Support repair business development (leakage analysis, prospect identification).
- Implement new customer contracts coming from repair business development.
- Prepare loan and exchange offers.
Requirements
- Bachelor in a technical field
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Commercial mindset and result driven
- Competent with SAP and MS Office
- Aviation and Customer Service experience
- Fluent English
- Analytical, independent, high flexibility and resilience, customer service mindset and engaging presence
